• Wash dishes
• Empty fridge
• Gather used towels and place on top of the laundry machine
• Check stove is turned off
• Dispose of trash — bagged, in the parking lot bear box enclosure. No loose trash please.
• Turn off ceiling fans
• Turn off lights
• Lock windows, doors, and gates

• Extra cot bed with mattress and pillows in the main bedroom closet · Sheets and blankets in the dresser
• Beach towels in the main bedroom closet — do not use bath towels outside
• Dishwasher tablets on the kitchen countertop
• Laundry detergent tablets on top of the dryer, along with sunscreen, after-sun care, and insect repellent (provided as a courtesy)
• Lake accessories (beach chairs, floaties, kids' life jackets) in the downstairs deck bin — guests do not have access to the downstairs unit
• Outdoor shower on the side of the house — please rinse off sand after visiting the lake and hang wet items on the nearby hanger
• To lock the front door, close it tightly and press the key # for three seconds
• Sweeteners, salt, pepper, cooking oils, teas, coffee, and cocoa available while supplies last

4 external security cameras are on the property: two on the downstairs deck, one in the parking lot, one on the left side of the house.

General safety

• Lock doors and windows when leaving the property
• Do not leave food outside — it attracts wildlife (deer, turkeys, foxes, and occasionally bears)
• Supervise children outdoors at all times
• Report any safety concerns or damage immediately
• No smoking or vaping inside
• Indoor fireplace: use responsibly, never leave unattended, fully extinguish before bed or leaving
• Fire extinguishers are at the laundry room and on the decks
• Outdoor terrain is uneven and slippery in places — use caution, especially at night
